CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICY
Out of Stock Product
If you place an order for a product that is out of stock, Calcetinos.com will contact you to inform you of the estimated delivery time. If the product cannot be sold, you may cancel the order, either in whole or in part, and we will refund the corresponding amount.
Returns
The user has 10 business days from the date of receipt of the product to return it.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. For hygienic and health reasons, no returns will be accepted for any product once its plastic cover has been removed, opened, or unsealed, and it is not in perfect condition.
Additionally, the right of cancellation cannot be applied to personalized products or products that, for hygiene reasons or other legally stipulated exceptions, are not eligible for this right.
No postage-due shipments will be accepted.
Once we receive the merchandise and verify that all conditions are met, Calcetinos.com will accept the return of the product and proceed to refund the amount according to the payment method used and/or, if applicable, send the new product.

Refunds
You will receive the refund within a maximum of 30 days from our receipt of the exchanged or returned product. Remember that if you paid by credit card, your bank might not show the refund amount in your balance until the following month.

Incomplete, Broken, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives incomplete, broken, or does not correspond to your purchase, please contact us by phone at +34 972646858 or send an email to hola@calcetinos.com, indicating the issue, your personal details, and the order number. We will review your case and make the necessary changes.
If the courier delivers a damaged package, do not accept it. Notify us at hola@calcetinos.com, and we will process the claim.

Calcetinos.com customers benefit from the warranty provided by the various manufacturers of each item.
Limitation of Liability
It is the user's responsibility to use the products distributed by ANDAMOS FINOS, SL correctly.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions will be governed or interpreted according to Spanish legislation in matters not expressly established. CALCETINOS and the user, provided the current legislation allows, agree to submit any disputes that may arise from the provision of the products covered by these Conditions, expressly waiving any other forum, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Girona (Spain).
